Section 38
If you get cooked salary and allowance, you will also get allowance

(1) If the employee receives salary and allowance after being paid every month, he will also get allowance.
(2) If an employee receives fixed salary and allowance, he will also get the allowance even if he is not in service for any reason.
(3) Except as otherwise provided in this Act or the rules made under this Act, no deduction shall be made from the salary of any employee.
(4) The salary received by an employee shall not be withheld while the employee is working or on leave.
